Agent

What your agent says, what it knows, and how it sounds.

First words
The first thing the agent says when someone picks up. Keep it short: long openings get hung up on.
How the agent talks
Who the agent is, how the call should go, and what it should try to get (for example, booking a demo).
What the agent knows
Facts it can use to answer questions: courses, fees, timings, locations, offers. Short facts work best.
Voice & language
Which voice speaks, and which language the agent listens and speaks in.
Listening
Helps the agent hear callers correctly on a phone line.

Auto-detect works out the caller's language from their first full sentence and then keeps it, so short answers like "ok" are heard correctly. Pick a language if all your callers speak it.

0 / 50 words. Leave it empty and it is filled from your instructions and knowledge base when you save.

AdvancedRecorded greeting, voice writing rules, and the agent's internal name.

Play your own recording instead of the written first words.

How replies are written for the voice: punctuation, pauses, numbers, dates, short forms, no symbols. The language comes from "How the agent talks", not from here. Longer rules make every reply a little slower.
